Our ministry is commissioned to add to the Local Church and create a support structure that will enhance the preparation of revival in our Communities, our Cities, our Nation and across the Globe.
Our History
Interfaith Assistance Ministry was founded by Charlie McCuen. Charlie has years of experience working with some of the largest ministries in the world. We are committed to adding to the local church and promoting the ministries of God.
How does Interfaith Assistance Ministry Work?
Many local churches are in need of markerting, business development, operations support and outside ministry support. Our network of Pastors and Ministers are committed to working as a body. IAM Ministries is building a team of top producing professionals from all areas of the world. Some of the areas include, powerful evangelistic programs that teach the local body how to effectively enter into marketplace evangelism. We assist local churches with discipleship programs utilizing inside and outside resources. We are experienced in Business development areas such as ; 501-C3, Federal/State/Local Grants, Community Developement Corporations, Faith based ministires, etc.
We are connected with homeless ministries, jail / prison ministries, food pantries, single parent ministries, marriage ministries, praise and worship ministries. We are also equipped to promote special events including; worship concerts, preaching services, healing crudades, prayer services, etc. We frequently will hold Pastor's and Minister's meetings for networking and fellowship.
We are encouraged with what God is doing and we would love to meet with you and your leaders to discuss your vision and how we may help assist you.
Phase 1 - Our Discovery Process
- Discuss the calling of the leadership and their goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the needs of the internal department/ministries and their effectiveness.
- Discover the steps necessary to fulfill the Vision of the Church.
- Develop a strategy and plan of action to begin the process.
Phase 3 - Our Implemention Process
- Set target dates for goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and delegate personnel for focus groups and committees to drive the implementation process.
- Record and distribute process reports to the church leadership for evaluation and recommendations.
- Establish church marketing campaigns and implement.

Phase 2 - Our Action Plan
- Discuss the organization structure and develop a plan of action for appropriate; legal, financial, operational or back office assistance necessary.
- Discuss outsourcing various outreach ministry assistance that will enhance the growth process through evangelism, discipleship and helps ministry.
- Discuss special projects and coordination efforts needed to support future or ongoing events.
Phase 4 - Team Members and Affiliates
- Charlie McCuen President: Charlie has networking connections all over the world. He is gifted in church growth and has an anointing to establish an build local churches.
- Susie McCuen: Susie is also gifted in church growth the has an anointing for teaching and mentoring the women of God.
- Buddy Pollard: Buddy is an Evangelist, a business owner with a gift of ministering and healing. Buddy has a heart and a calling to network with ministries and churches, equipping them for the work of the ministry. He has been involved with Jail and Prisons for over 25 years.
- Hellen Johnson: Hellen is involved with government affiliates. Hellen has favor and proven success in grant writing, incorporation procedures , and legal matters.
- Doctor/Minister Janice Holyfield: Janice not only understands the physical needs of people but also the Spiritual needs. Janice is a doer of the Word of God. She has contributed thousands of dollars to the efforts of restoring life. She is a Strong minister of the Gospel and has the compassion of Jesus with the ministry of Reconciliation.
